DescriptionSince 2007, AmeriPro has made a concerted effort to diversify its services to serve the insurance inspection industry. AmeriPro not only commenced marketing, but more importantly, built a foundation beforehand to ensure the quality of the data collected for insurance reporting. AmeriPro, in conjunction with Inspection Depot, developed an automated inspection management and quality assurance system (www.paperlessinspectors.com) that enables AmeriPro to conduct inspections anywhere in the country to the same level of service and standard because of the automated management, performance, and QA validations included.

DescriptionEvaluated approximately 30 buildings to determine cost of improvement, developed specialization/work document for board approval, and secured, qualified bids/contractors. Our estimate of work: $2.1 million. Contractors’ competitive bid: $2.0 million. Works included siding, roof, moisture/termite damage, painting, windows, docks, etc.

Builder – Lendry HomesWell before most people were thinking of ever inspecting new construction, one local builder, was actually doing it. His goal in 1999 was to not just enhance the building experience, but to integrate our services as much as possible into the building program. The end goal was increased accountability for all their sub-contractors, increased quality of construction, reduced warranty claims, and most importantly, a happy homeowner.
